Vacation, short-term, and mid-term rental cleaner management
Every turnover has an owner.
Maintain a portfolio of cleaners with detailed profiles for each. Assign the perfect cleaner for a turnover and visualize all your assignments on the booking calendar with the cleaner view. Collimet's Cleaner Portal allows cleaners to follow a simple link to all the information they need to do a great job, without having Collimet installed. Cleaners don't want yet another app to learn and appreciate the simplicity of this workflow.
Software for managing cleaners doesn't have to become software your cleaners have to manage.
From assignment to done
Give your cleaners the information they actually need.
- Keep detailed profiles of your cleaners...availability, best types of properties to assign, preferences, etc.
- Send every cleaning assignment to the best cleaner for the job.
- See your cleaner assignments directly on the booking calendar in cleaner view mode.
- Share a property-specific cleaning checklist and instructions.
- Collimet notifies you when a cleaning is complete and sends the finished checklist and any notes or photos from the cleaner to your email.
Cleaners receive a link with their text or email cleaning assignment that opens that cleaning in their phone web browser. They don't need Collimet to have full access to the cleaning checklist, reference photos, and any special instructions. They can include notes and photos when they complete the checklist and mark the cleaning done. Collimet records when the cleaning started and when the checklist was marked done.
